Nollywood actor Kunle Remi and his wife, Tiwi, have welcomed their first child, a baby girl. The couple shared the joyous news through a heartfelt video on Kunle’s YouTube channel, detailing their pregnancy journey and the baby’s birth.
In his emotional announcement, Kunle expressed his amazement at God’s works and described his wife as an angel. He revealed that their daughter, Wonder, was born just after the New Year at 26 weeks. The actor promised to share their story gradually on his YouTube channel.
Kunle wrote:
“This Joy we have!
I still don’t even understand how God works, but He shows up and shows off!
TiWI AN ANGEL.
Just after the Happy New Year, WONDER was born at 26 weeks!
We are telling this story a page at a time.”
Kunle and Tiwi’s love journey has been nothing short of inspiring. On New Year’s Day last year, Kunle surprised fans by announcing his marriage to Tiwi.
Two weeks later, the couple held their traditional wedding in Lagos, attended by Nollywood stars such as Toyin Abraham, Mofe Duncan, Deyemi Okanlawon, and Bimbo Ademoye. The event was followed by a grand white wedding, with notable personalities like billionaire Femi Otedola, his wife, and daughter Tolani present to support Tiwi, Otedola’s niece.
In a previous interaction, Kunle addressed a fan’s suggestion to keep his marriage off social media. He confidently declared that no external negativity could disrupt their happiness, love, or laughter unless it could reach God.
With the arrival of their daughter, Wonder, Kunle and Tiwi have yet another reason to celebrate their growing family.
