Sharing the video, the Delta State senator spoke about the importance of slowing down despite busy schedules. He noted that Sundays are for reconnecting with family and enjoying simple activities that bring joy and restore balance.
While some viewers described the moment as normal family bonding, others were less charitable in their reactions. Several social media users interpreted the post as unnecessary, while others pointed out that Regina had once been seen spending time with Laila’s children during an earlier period in the family’s life.
The video comes against the backdrop of ongoing tension between Ned Nwoko and Regina Daniels following their separation. Since then, Ned has frequently shared moments with his children online, often highlighting family activities and outings.
Recently, he praised Laila publicly, describing her as calm, private, and strong, adding that her character continues to impress him. The couple were also spotted together at a colleague’s birthday celebration, further fueling online conversations.
Regina Daniels, on her part, has openly accused Ned of denying her access to their children. She recently revealed that she had not spoken to her sons since mid-November and criticised what she described as the repeated public display of the children during a sensitive period.
The actress has also shared messages allegedly sent by one of her children’s nannies, who claimed she resigned due to the strain within the household following Regina’s departure.
