Nollywood actor Lateef Adedimeji has shared an inspiring message with his millions of fans following his visit to Lagos State University (LASU).

The husband of Mo Bimpe took to his Instagram page to share photos from his visit, encouraging his followers with powerful words about perseverance.

Your hardest times often lead to the greatest moments of your life. Keep going. Tough situations build strong people in the end. Stand, go on and Emerge. Thank you, LASU, for listening,” Lateef wrote, tagging @lasudebates.

The visit sparked a wave of admiration and gratitude in his comment section:

– @Berry White Official: “Caption. Light up my spirit. I’m on the verge of giving up. I’m tired of everything.”
– @Bibi Posh Sparkle: “Wise words. So humble.”
– @Uzee Usman: “Mentor.”
– @Ahur Meday: “Thanks for coming.”
– @Ebukafode: “Love ur cool post.”

This is not the first time Lateef Adedimeji has made a notable appearance at a university. Last year, he was overwhelmed with love as he visited the University of Lagos as a celebrity guest for the school’s yearly ‘Madam Tinubu Hall Week’. A video shared online captured the joy and excitement of the students, and Lateef expressed his gratitude for their warm reception.

In May, during an interview, Lateef reflected on his early career days when he was paid as little as N4,000 for a lead role. He shared the invaluable advice his father gave him, which kept him motivated despite the low pay. He has frequently opened up about his humble beginnings, recalling how he was once paid N5,000 for a lead role, which was a significant challenge during his early days in the industry.

Lateef Adedimeji’s career has since flourished, earning him recognition and accolades. He was recently nominated for the AMVCA 10th edition Best Actor in a Lead Role, although he lost to Wole Ojo. Prior to this, he received an award for his role in Femi Adebayo’s movie “Jagun Jagun.” Lateef expressed his honor to be on stage alongside the legends of Nollywood and vowed never to forget the moment.
