Laundry Manager Responsibilities:

    • Help increase the delivery expectations and customer experience (Important)

  • Manage the entire operations of the organization and ensure that processes are followed
  • Managing a small team to ensure that all services provided meet the quality standards required.
  • Teamwork with other employees will need to be enhanced to ensure a seamless service to all our customers.
  • Solve problems “head-on” and keep track of people.
  • Challenge and inspire yourself to deliver business growth
  • Drive passion and energy within the team to deliver performance, always keeping a firm eye on costs of delivery and profitability, and ensuring continuous improvement where possible
  • Third-party and vendor engagement is very key to this role
  • Expected to proactively and promptly report any identified issues, or equipment failures to prevent downtime in operations
  • Accountability for cash accounting compliance and that all related policies are implemented and upheld
  • Your mission will be quite exciting and there will be things that need to be sorted and implemented to achieve your goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of Bachelor’s degree in any related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience working in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and customer rapport-building skills
  • Be polite and respectful to all customers
  • Active listening skills and very good reporting skills
  • Experience in cold-calling customers regularly
  • Proficiency in Word, Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Zoom as well as adapting to other systems or programs used internally
  • A natural sense of order and planning can prove that you have managed people towards success in the past.
  • Flexible to completing different tasks depending on demands
  • Understand and apply the good principles/practices of Teamwork
  • Follow processes while we welcome great ideas.
  • Adaptable and always have the customer at the forefront of your mind
  • Professional and business-like, a collaborative personality, and able to thrive in a team-centred approach
  • Accurate with a keen eye for detail and hard-working and focused
  • Previous administration experience in a busy office environment
  • Ability to work at pace and react to the changing needs of the customer
  • Ability to deal with tough situations in a calm and professional manner

Location: Candidate must reside within Lekki, Ajah, and the environs.

Remuneration:

  • NGN 150,000 -NGN 250,000 monthly.
