Since our launch in September 2021, we’ve developed tech solutions that help over 120k small businesses manage their bookkeeping, generate invoices, and provide receipts. Now, we’re expanding our offerings to include financial services, continuing our journey to support small businesses and stimulate economic growth across Africa.
Your impact:
We’re on the lookout for a creative and experienced Design Lead who can shape the visual and user experience of our AI-driven enterprise solutions. In this role, you’ll drive design strategy, create intuitive and impactful interfaces, and ensure our solutions meet the diverse needs of our clients across Africa.
Responsibilities
- Design Strategy: Lead the way in making our products user-friendly and visually stunning.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our tech squad to create sleek interfaces using cutting-edge AI.
- User Research: Dive into user feedback and testing to ensure our designs hit the mark.
- Design Systems: Keep our designs consistent, intuitive, and a breeze to navigate.
- Team Leadership: Nurture and inspire our design team to bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Industry Trends: Stay ahead of the curve in design and AI advancements.
- Advocacy: Champion the importance of outstanding design in our products.
Qualification
- 5+ years of design experience, especially with AI tech.
- An impressive portfolio showcasing your design prowess.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma.
- Passion for making tech accessible and enjoyable for all users.
