Provide documentation support – draft and review of agreements and other legal documents

Responsibilities
- Provide documentation support – draft and review of agreements and other legal documents. Job
- Conduct legal research on related topics, for internal and external reporting purposes
- Undertake regulatory filings to the relevant regulatory bodies, and provide company secretariat support
- Support internal operations through the provision of legal advisory.
Qualification
- Understanding of legal research tools and experience with documentation management systems
- Attention to detail, drafting & analytical skills
- An awareness of Payments and Data Protection laws
- Be called to the Nigerian Bar
- Proficiency in Google Suite
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
