Responsibilities
- Ensuring the smooth flow of all the products through the warehouses to the customers, stock accuracy;
- Ensuring the performance of our warehouses and shipping partners meets our, and most importantly our customers’, expectations;
- Making sure that the products get from point A to point B seamlessly;
- Liaising with Freight Forwarders and Customs Agents, ensuring timely customs clearance/import and delivery of product to warehouses, and resolving issues;
- Planning shipment and stock building requirement;
- Ensuring timely processing of returns through test and refurbishment;
- Record keeping and data processing.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in similar role;
- Expertise in Excel;
- Proficient Office Suite experience;
- An ability to use data to analyze and improve processes and accuracy at 3PLs;
- Google Suite/Workspace experience.
