MAINTENANCE TEAM LEAD

Responsible for formulating and implementing plans for the maintenance and upkeep of the fleet. Speedaf Nigeria

Overview

Cross-border logistics products for cross-border e-commerce sellers, brands and other customers to transport all kinds of parcels from the country of origin to the country of destination for end-delivery. MAINTENANCE TEAM LEAD

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for formulating and implementing plans for the maintenance and upkeep of the fleet, ensuring orderly execution. Job
  • Responsible for arranging and guiding staff to complete work tasks, and tracking and supervising work progress.
  • Responsible for safety measures in vehicle maintenance and upkeep, ensuring compliance with operational norms and safety measures.
  • Responsible for auditing and accepting the quality of vehicle maintenance to ensure compliance with requirements.
  • Responsible for coordinating cooperation between the maintenance department and other departments to ensure smooth maintenance and upkeep work.
  • Responsible for reporting on the completion of maintenance for the day and the progress of maintenance plans for the next day. MAINTENANCE TEAM LEAD

Qualification

  • A first degree in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience in maintenance and management in a large truck repair shop
  • Familiarity with the repair of engines, gearboxes, chassis, electrical circuits of large trucks; proficient in computer document processing, etc.
