- Connecting TGI brands to the Nigerian consumer by managing sales, marketing, and logistics for all TGI Companies in the consumer space.
- Spearheading new product development from conceptualization to consumption through:
- Intensive market research to identify unfulfilled consumer needs.
- Concepts ideation, consumer insights, brand planning, logistics development, product launch, and sales planning and execution

Description
Utilizes digital platforms, AI, and technology to craft data-driven online strategies, managing campaigns, content, social media, and all digital presence to amplify brand reach, engagement, and affinity
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a data-driven digital marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives for the FMCG portfolio.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various digital & social media platforms
- Oversee social media marketing, including content creation, community management, and influencer marketing.
- Develop and maintain an engaging presence in all digital platforms that resonate with target audiences.
- Manage and analyze digital engagement & traffic and KPIs to measure effectiveness & ROI.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies in the FMCG industry.
- Identify and implement new digital marketing tools and tactics to improve campaign performance.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as design, content, and development, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
- Develop and manage digital marketing budgets.
- Building and leading a team of digital marketing experts in the organization.
- Building and maintaining relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors as needed for specialized marketing services or campaigns. Job
Qualification
- 10+ years in leading Digital Marketing Agencies or in the Digital Marketing Function of reputed CPG companies, having handled clients & projects across diverse industries, including FMCG, Fintech, Telcos, etc.
- Should have demonstrable skills & mastery in all aspects of media & communication across digital platforms.
- Experience in using AI and other cutting-edge technology in the digital marketing domain, for leading brands will be appreciated.
- MBA (Marketing) from a University/Business School/Institute of repute.
