Our Management and Technical Trainee Program offers an exceptional opportunity for talented individuals to gain hands-on experience and develop the skills necessary to become future leaders in our organization.
Management Trainees Outlook:
- Rotate across various departments, including operations, supply chain, finance, and human resources.
- Participate in strategic projects aimed at improving efficiency and productivity.
- Develop leadership and management skills through mentorship and structured training.
- Contribute to the development of business strategies and decision-making processes.
Technical Trainees Outlook:
- Gain hands-on experience in manufacturing processes, quality control, and product development.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Human Resources Management, Supply Chain, Marketing and related programs for our Management Trainees with (0-3 years) work experience.
- Higher National Diploma (HND) in Engineering- Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Chemistry, Computer Science etc. (Fresh graduates- post NYSC).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to relocate and work in various locations during the program.
