Job Description

Our client is a Nigeria-based financial advisory firm. their core business offerings include the provision of cashflow optimization services to clients. we are looking to hire accounting and administrative trainees.

Responsibilities

Administrative Officer/Executive Assistant

  • Handle Office and supply management
  • Monitor the MD’s calendar
  • Follow up with reports and ensure smooth communication between the MD and other employees
  • Schedule meetings, and prepare agendas, minutes, reports, etc.
  • Receive mail deliveries, packages/courier, track, sort, and distribute them to appropriate departments
  • Be actively involved in operations and campaigns as needed
  • Maintain visitors, attendance, and staff registers.
  • Assist with internal and external meetings, events, etc.
  • Assist with procurement, vendors/suppliers management
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
  • Any other function as may be assigned

Qualifications

  • Candidates looking for PPA and currently undergoing NYSC to be completed in 2024 are encouraged to apply
  • Minimum of BSc in Administration from a recognized university or any related field
  • Minimum 0-1-year
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Well-spoken, Detail oriented, and well-articulated
  • Ability to express yourself and be tech-savvy
  • Proximity to Lekki Phase 1 is essential

Location: Lagos, Nigeria.
