Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, management, or a related field. An MSc/MBA is an added advantage.
- Proven track record as a Director or a Snr. Manager ,preferably in the HR space.
- A minimum of 7 years of senior management experience or higher.
- Proven experience in leading high-performing teams, creating and implementing cross-functional strategies that align with company objectives, and strong problem solving, decision making, and critical thinking skills.
- Experience in developing and managing innovative employment programs.
- Excellent analytical, financial, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels.
