Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the company’s strategy, business growth, and brand enhancement.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and strategic direction to the company
- Drive revenue growth by developing and implementing business strategies and plans
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the company
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, including financial P&L performance and market share
- Prepare and present reports to the board of directors, keeping them informed of important developments and progress towards strategic objectives
- Ensure the company complies with all relevant regulations, laws, and standards
Qualification
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 15 years experience in construction or a related industry, with at least 6 years of experience in a senior management role
- Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record in leading and motivating teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong financial acumen with experience in overseeing budgets, financial statements, and P&L management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to identify and address complex issues and make sound decisions
- Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the industry
