- Maintain and strengthen the organization’s brand identity through consistent messaging and visual elements.
- Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to in all marketing and communication materials.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content and visuals for campaigns.
- Utilize digital analytics to measure the success of campaigns and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and influencers.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in the media landscape.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor.
- Develop and distribute press releases and manage media inquiries.
- Plan and execute promotional events, product launches, and trade shows.
- Coordinate logistics, manage vendor relationships, and oversee event budgets.
- Develop and manage the marketing and communication budget, ensuring cost- effective strategies are implemented.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing and communication efforts.
- Regularly analyze and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, making data-driven recommendations.
- Lead a team of marketing and communication professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and support.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in the media landscape.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on marketing communications.
- Proven 4 experience in working with an agency.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in content creation and marketing tools, such as graphic design software, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
- Familiarity with branding, brand management and team management.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
- Creative thinking and a strong understanding of market trends.
- A male is preferred for gender balance
- Must not be very smart, energetic and trendy
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
