We are seeking an experienced Marketing Content Manager to lead our content marketing efforts and elevate our brand presence.
Job Summary:
The Marketing Content Manager at FareNow will be responsible for developing and executing content marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong writing and editing skills, as well as experience in managing content across multiple platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure that all content aligns with our brand values and supports our business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Content Strategy Development: Create and implement a content marketing strategy that aligns with FareNow’s business goals and enhances brand visibility.
- Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation of compelling content, including blog posts, articles, case studies, white papers, and social media updates, ensuring consistency in tone and messaging.
- Campaign Management: Lead content-driven marketing campaigns, from planning to execution, tracking performance, and optimizing for better results.
- SEO and Analytics: Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure that all content is optimized for search engines and track content performance using analytics tools to inform future strategies.
- Cross-Channel Distribution: Manage the distribution of content across various channels, including the website, email marketing, social media, and partnerships, ensuring maximum reach and impact.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with graphic designers, social media managers, and other team members to create cohesive and visually appealing marketing materials.
- Editorial Oversight: Edit and proofread all marketing content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with FareNow’s brand standards.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences of FareNow’s target audience, using insights to inform content strategies.
- Performance Reporting: Provide regular reports on content marketing performance, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure that all content maintains a consistent brand voice and supports FareNow’s mission to empower local minority-owned businesses.
Qualification:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of successful content campaigns.
- Writing and Editing Skills: Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a strong portfolio of content that demonstrates creativity and effectiveness.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute content strategies that align with business goals and drive measurable results.
- SEO Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience in applying them to content marketing efforts.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) to measure content performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creativity: A creative and innovative thinker with a passion for content marketing and brand storytelling.
