Job Description
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the company. This includes identifying target markets, developing marketing campaigns, and managing the marketing budget. The Marketing Manager also oversees the work of the marketing team and is responsible for the overall success of the company’s marketing efforts both internal and external for our clients
Responsibilities
● Marketing Strategy Development:
Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, target audience, and market dynamics. Develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with clients’ goals and budget constraints. Speaking with internal and external parties to learn about their content needs
● Market Research:
Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Use data-driven insights to make informed marketing decisions.
● Campaign Planning and Execution:
Create and oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, content marketing, and traditional advertising.
● Performance Analysis:
Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROI, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost. Make data-driven adjustments to optimize campaign effectiveness.
● Team Leadership:
Provide leadership and mentorship to marketing teams, both internal and external, ensuring that marketing activities are executed efficiently and in line with the established strategy.
● Client Relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all marketing-related matters. Continuously communicate progress, results, and recommendations to clients.
● Marketing Technology:
Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing technology and tools. Recommend and implement marketing automation solutions, analytics platforms, and other software to enhance marketing performance.
● Work with influencers & models to create brand loyalty for the Company and our clients
Qualifications
- A degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
- Experience managing a marketing budget and tracking results.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
