Role Description
This full-time hybrid role (located in Lekki) combines remote work and on-site work in the Betweysure office. We are currently seeking a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and develop strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the marketing team, developing and executing marketing campaigns, and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills, and be familiar with current marketing trends and emerging digital technologies.
Note: An important advantage is that you have worked in the sports betting industry and you understand the market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Job
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing management position
- Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Knowledge of current marketing trends, best practices, and emerging digital technologies
- Experience with digital and social media marketing
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
- Experience in managing a remote marketing team is a plus
