Liam, the son of the late Nigerian singer Mohbad, has captured hearts with a new video showcasing his playful dance moves. The one-year-old was seen hanging out with actress Iyabo Ojo’s daughter, Priscilla Ojo, and Chioma Good Hair.
Chioma shared clips of the fun-filled moment on her Snapchat, featuring Liam confidently showing off his moves.
In honor of the late singer, Chioma expressed her heartfelt tribute, praying for Mohbad’s continued rest while addressing rumors surrounding Liam’s paternity. She noted, “Mohbad’s son looks just like him. Genes don’t lie. May he continue to rest in perfect peace.”
Fans and followers were quick to react to the video, with many commenting on Liam’s striking resemblance to his father and sending warm wishes for the child’s future. One fan, Inumidun, said, “May God give him a better life than his father and protect his mother to guide him.” Another, Tobiloba, added, “His resemblance to his deceased father grows stronger with each passing day. This heartwarming video comes as a refreshing moment following the tragic passing of Mohbad at the age of 27 on September 12. Amid the grief, many had called for a DNA test to confirm Liam’s paternity, a request his widow, Omowunmi, firmly rejected. She recently emphasized that no one has the right to demand a test, vowing that her son would not be victimized as his father was.
Omowunmi, who shares a close bond with her late husband, had previously celebrated her birthday by asking Nigerians to honor Mohbad instead of her, calling him her best friend, confidant, and the greatest gift, their son Liam.
