Ghanaian actress Nadia Buari is embracing the highs and lows of life with grace, sharing a thoughtful message that speaks to resilience and emotional strength.
Taking to her Instagram page, the celebrated actress penned a short but powerful reflection about life’s unpredictable journey.
“In the journey of life, we pass pleasures and pain.
There will be sunshine and rain.
There will be loss and gain.
But we must learn to smile again and again!”
Known for her poetic expressions and calm energy, Nadia used the moment to encourage her followers to embrace life’s duality—its light and dark moments—and to keep going regardless.
This is not the first time the actress has chosen to reflect on life and motherhood. Last year, a fan questioned why she never reveals her children’s faces on social media. In response, Nadia explained that keeping her family, especially her children, away from public scrutiny was a conscious and personal decision. She believes her daughters are too young and innocent to be thrust into the spotlight and prefers to preserve that part of her life.
In early 2023, Nadia hinted at welcoming her fifth child after sharing a photo of herself with a newborn. While she kept the baby’s gender private, she wrote that she had received “another beautiful blessing.”
The revelation came as a surprise to many, as the actress had previously stunned fans when she disclosed she already had four children—a set of twins born in February 2015, followed by a daughter in 2017 and another in 2018. Yet, she has successfully kept her family away from the public eye, including her husband, whose identity also remains private.
In an earlier interview, Nadia confessed that before becoming a mother, she had numerous ideas on how she would raise her children. However, once motherhood began, those ideas condensed into one core principle—raising them with love and protection.
