Full responsibility for the company’s pan-Nigeria Field Sales operation.

Our Client, a major player in the Nigerian Consumer Electronics industry, needs the services of a very experienced, highly driven and self-motivated Sales professional to fill the role of a NATIONAL SALES MANAGER in its operation. This position has become vacant due to an ongoing organisational transformation exercise.
Role Description
- Full responsibility for the company’s pan-Nigeria Field Sales operation.
- Articulation & execution of all Sales & Competitive strategies
- Market-share & shelf-share protection & continuous growth
- Leadership of company’s Field-Sales Branch Managers
- Management of the entire Field Salesforce
- Business planning & Sales Forecasting
- Field Salesforce Targets Management
- Key Accounts Management.
- Salesforce Performance Management
- Team Motivation & Discipline
- Etc.
Qualifications
- A naturally-gifted & charismatic leader of people
- An impressive physical presence
- A very agile & highly exciting personality
- Strong communication, analytical & presentation skills
- Minimum of 15 years Field Sales experience
- Min. of 3 Years National Sales Management experience from a reputable company
- Experience from the CONSUMER ELECTRONICS INDUSTRY is very vital
- Good hands-on knowledge of quality ERP softwares
- Minimum of a B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
- But the possession of an MBA (in Marketing or Management) will be an advantage.
