Nigerians have moved on from criticizing Nollywood actress Toyin Abraham to targeting comedian Seyi Law for defending her.
A woman named Serah Ibrahim shared a video of Seyi Law asking for a woman’s number on a public bus, accusing him of collecting it to send her the same screenshots he allegedly sent to Seyi Tinubu, the son of the President.
Responding to the video, Seyi Law clarified that the woman in question is Yetunde from the University of Lincoln. He explained that he was asked to host an event for her in Abuja, which he couldn’t attend due to another show. Seyi Law added that Yetunde is a friend of his acquaintance, Dr. Wisdom, the record label owner who signed singer Nasboi.
Netizens were quick to react, many suggesting that Seyi Law would have to explain himself to his wife:
– Augustee Na:”Lol, he will answer to his wife when he gets home.”
– Big _1val:”You go explain tire.”
– Aways Connect:”Them catch you abi them nor catch you?”
– Oluwakemi_o:”The explanation to your wife will be massive baby.”
