Big Brother Naija alumna Nina Ivy has introduced her son, Deon, to the world as she marks his 2nd birthday today, January 23rd, in a touching celebration.
The reality TV star took to Instagram to post a video chronicling her pregnancy journey, Deon’s early years, and his growth into a lively toddler.
Reflecting on the moment she became a mother for the second time, Nina expressed how the past two years have been filled with love and magic. She affectionately referred to Deon as her “Dee Dee,” describing him as a bundle of light, wonder, and joy.
Your laughter is the sweetest melody, your curiosity inspires me, and your hugs are the purest comfort,” Nina wrote in her tribute. “I’m endlessly proud of the incredible little person you’re becoming.”
Alongside her heartfelt words, the mother of two shared her prayers for her son, wishing him a life brimming with happiness and possibilities.
Nina also reminisced about her journey as a mother. She first welcomed her son Denzel in 2020 with her ex-lover, Anthony. Later, in 2022, Nina married Chris Miller, an African-American entrepreneur, after dating for seven months. The couple’s union was kept private, with a court wedding held in the USA in April of the same year.
In 2023, Nina revealed she had become a mother of two but kept her younger son’s identity a secret until now. With Deon’s unveiling, Nina has shared a glimpse into her evolving journey of motherhood and family life.
