Big Brother Naija Double Wahala housemate Nina Ivy has stepped up to defend actress Sharon Ooja’s husband amidst swirling controversies surrounding his past marriages.
Recently, allegations surfaced just before Sharon’s white wedding claiming that her husband had been previously married three times, sparking a wave of criticism and scrutiny on social media.
Earlier, popular blogger’s claims about Sharon Ooja’s husband being his fourth wife and having three children from previous marriages stirred heated discussions online. Netizens dug up evidence of his past marital history, including a divorce in 2019, which fueled further speculation and judgment.
In defense of Sharon and her husband, Nina Ivy took to social media to urge people to respect their marriage and personal decisions. She emphasized that finding happiness and stability in marriage may involve multiple attempts and that Sharon and her husband appear genuinely happy together. Nina highlighted that before marrying Sharon, he was single and has been successful in his endeavors without owing explanations to anyone.
It’s how everyone is so interested in Sharon’s marriage for me. Y’all gotta learn to solve ur generational/family problems before jumping on other people’s lives. Leave them alone,” Nina Ivy wrote in defense of Sharon Ooja’s husband.
Bisola Aiyeola, Nina’s best friend, also criticized the blog for spreading falsehoods and attempting to disrupt Sharon’s happiness. Tonto Dikeh and Erica Nlewedim also came to Sharon’s defense, expressing support and admiration for her amid the controversy.
Sharon Ooja herself took to Instagram amidst the claims, expressing her love and admiration for her husband, describing him as her dream man and a gift from God. She shared words of prayer for their marriage amidst the public scrutiny.
