Renowned Nigerian businessman Obinna Iyiegbu, popularly known as Obi Cubana, has lauded his colleague and friend Cubana Chief Priest for his extraordinary act of generosity.
Earlier, reports surfaced of Chief Priest, currently in Anambra, presenting 47 cows as a gift to his childhood friend for his mother’s burial. Known as a close friend of music star Davido, Chief Priest vowed to make the event unforgettable, promising to create an atmosphere that will resonate throughout the state.
Reacting in the comment section of the post, Obi Cubana celebrated the extravagant gesture, stating:
Na u dey set record, na u dey break record set by you! Odogwu Ezemmuo!”
While Chief Priest’s act of generosity has captured attention, it has also reignited discussions about personal claims against him.
Last year, his brother publicly revealed his struggles, stating that he is a phone repairer in Alaba market barely making ends meet. He lamented the irony of his brother’s generosity to outsiders while his family suffers in silence, hoping someday Chief Priest would extend a helping hand.
Similarly, in 2023, a woman alleged to be Chief Priest’s babymama accused him of abandoning their child in Kenya. Chief Priest dismissed these claims, asserting his financial capability to support any child he fathered and challenging the accuser to conduct a DNA test, promising to cover all costs if the child was his.
