Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Lagos for an Office Assistant. The Office Assistant will be responsible for the day-to-day handling of various office tasks such as fielding phone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets, and filing. The Office Assistant will report directly to the Office Manager or Supervisor.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other basic computer systems
- Ability to independently manage priorities and workflow in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience as a receptionist, assistant, or office manager is a plus
- HND/B.Sc in Business Administration or a related field is required
