Office Assistant at SWA Nursing

Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for office cleaning, general office maintenance, and providing a conducive environment for staff and guests. The candidate will also perform all other duties assigned by the direct report line manager.

Responsibilities

  • Perform various cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting all office rooms and interiors.
  • Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards.
  • Protect office equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies
  • Notify the manager of any damages, deficits, and disturbances.
  • Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience.
  • Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace them when appropriate.
  • Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices.
  • Ensure the kitchen is clean at all times.
  • Ensure hospitality for all office guests through the ethical conduct of the organization.
  • Run office errands and other duties assigned by the manager.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an office assistant /housekeeper
  • Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
  • Customer-oriented and friendly
  • Prioritization and time management skills
  • Working quickly without compromising quality
  • Minimum of  O’Level certification
