Office Assistant at SWA Nursing
Job Description
The candidate will be responsible for office cleaning, general office maintenance, and providing a conducive environment for staff and guests. The candidate will also perform all other duties assigned by the direct report line manager.
Responsibilities
- Perform various cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting all office rooms and interiors.
- Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards.
- Protect office equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies
- Notify the manager of any damages, deficits, and disturbances.
- Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience.
- Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace them when appropriate.
- Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices.
- Ensure the kitchen is clean at all times.
- Ensure hospitality for all office guests through the ethical conduct of the organization.
- Run office errands and other duties assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an office assistant /housekeeper
- Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
- Customer-oriented and friendly
- Prioritization and time management skills
- Working quickly without compromising quality
- Minimum of O’Level certification
