Responsibilities
- Pick up document at Lagos State Lands Registry Job
- Support Lawyers to file court processes.
- Helping prepare for trial by organizing exhibits and assisting with other tasks as needed.
- Disptaching of mails to clients
- Managing the reception area
- Providing guest with a hospitable experience
- Manage Filing and cabinet system in the office
- Any other duties assigned by the Managing Principal
Renumeration
- N80,000 + Monthly Transport Allowance
Skills:
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask as you may be managing multiple cases / tasks at once
- Good administration skills – typing, filing, letter writing etc
- The ability to work well independently.
Qualification
- Candidate who is currently looking for place of Industrial attachment(IT) can apply.
- Candidate with OND in Business Administration or a related field with 0 to 2 years’ experience with administrative experience can apply also.
- Candidate should live around Yaba and its environs.
- Proficiency in MS office suite.
