Nigerian businessman Olakunle Churchill and actress Tonto Dikeh marked their son King Andre’s 9th birthday with heartfelt messages. Both parents shared emotional tributes to their son, reflecting their love and pride in him.
Taking to Instagram, Churchill celebrated King Andre with a touching post. Sharing a photo of his son, he wished him a happy birthday, expressing pride in the kind and smart young man he is becoming.
“Today marks another beautiful year of your life, and I couldn’t be prouder of the kind, smart, and wonderful young man you are becoming. I pray that God continues to bless and guide you, filling your life with wisdom, joy, and endless possibilities.”
Churchill also reaffirmed his unwavering support, promising to always be there for his son.
Tonto Dikeh also celebrated her son, calling him her “happiness, heartbeat, and greatest blessing.” She highlighted King Andre’s strength, wisdom, and kindness while expressing her overflowing gratitude for being his mother.
The public hopes this year’s birthday celebration will be drama-free, unlike King Andre’s 7th birthday in 2023. That occasion was marked by a heated online exchange between Tonto and Churchill.
Tonto accused Churchill of being a “deadbeat father” who only acknowledges his son on social media. She claimed full custody of their child and alleged that Churchill lied about the custody case outcome.
In response, Churchill released an audio recording of Tonto pleading with her ex, Kpokpogri, to restrict Churchill’s access to King Andre. He also accused Tonto of threatening to destroy gifts meant for their son.
