Job Description
This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual who can effectively oversee day-to-day operations, facilitate project execution, and collaborate with different teams to ensure the successful completion of real estate projects.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution from inception to completion.
- Assist in creating project plans, timelines, and budgets for real estate developments.
- Monitor project progress and milestones, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
- Coordinate project-related communication and documentation among team members and stakeholders.
- Implement and improve operational policies, procedures, and guidelines to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in real estate operations.
- Streamline internal processes and workflows to optimize resource allocation and maximize productivity.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations and organizational standards.
- Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets for real estate projects, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and cost control.
- Identify potential risks and challenges in real estate projects and operations, and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders involved in real estate projects.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management and operations coordination within the real estate industry.
- Knowledge of real estate development processes, construction practices, and regulations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control in real estate projects.
- Demonstrated commitment to quality assurance and attention to detail.
