Job Description
This is a full-time role for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring that resources are allocated effectively. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and work with senior management to develop strategies to optimize business operations. The position is located in Lekki and requires on-site presence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a related field
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work with diverse teams
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent understanding of financial management and budgeting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
