Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Formulating strategy, improving performance, and ensuring compliance with all policies to increase revenue and reduce expenditures
- Formulate strategies to improve operational objectives
- Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
- Perform quality controls and monitor productivity using the KPIs
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff
- Find ways to increase the quality of customer service
Operations Officer Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of proven work experience as an Operations Officer or similar role
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Familiarity with business and financial principles
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership ability
- Outstanding organizational skills
