Oritsefemi finds himself embroiled in yet another controversy, this time with his ex-wife, Nabila Fash, who has vowed to take legal action against him over his recent interview comments.
In the interview with Chude Jideonwo, the singer alleged that Nabila had falsely accused him of being unable to impregnate her, despite her claims of having suffered 21 miscarriages during their marriage.
However, Nabila’s attorney swiftly responded, denouncing the singer’s allegations as fabricated and defamatory. Rockson Igelige, Nabila’s legal representative, asserted that his client never sent friends to attack Oritsefemi nor did she endure 21 miscarriages during their marriage, which was legally dissolved by the High Court of Lagos on March 21, 2024.
Demanding a retraction of the defamatory statements and threats within 14 days, Nabila’s lawyer warned Oritsefemi of potential legal repercussions, both criminal and civil, if he failed to comply.
The news of Nabila’s lawsuit has ignited a heated debate online, with some questioning the apparent double standard of her making claims against Oritsefemi without consequence, while others criticized the singer’s decision to escalate the situation.
Amidst his legal woes with Nabila, Oritsefemi faces another potential lawsuit from actress Caroline Danjuma, who refuted his claims linking her romantically to late Tagbo. Caroline vehemently denied the allegations, asserting that she was only ever married to billionaire businessman, Musa Danjuma, and threatened legal action against Oritsefemi for spreading false information.
