Role Description
This is a part-time /full time role for a Paediatrician at St. Ives Specialist Hospital located in Lagos. As a Paediatrician, you will be responsible for providing medical care and treatment to infants, children, and adolescents. Your day-to-day tasks will include diagnosing and treating illnesses, tracking growth and development, administering vaccinations, and providing guidance to parents and caregivers. This role requires on-site presence at the hospital. PAEDEATRICIAN
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Medical degree and completion of residency training in Pediatrics
- Valid medical license to practice as a Paediatrician
- Excellent knowledge of child health and development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other healthcare professionals
- Empathy and compassion towards children and their families
- Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle stressful and challenging situations
- Availability for part-time work
