PAID MEDIA MANAGER – Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Paid Media Manager to assist in the execution of paid media campaigns/activities for our clients. As part of the visionary team, the Paid Media Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of paid digital marketing campaigns which can include paid search, display, programmatic, and social media advertising strategies across both B2B and B2C clients. Your primary focus will be advertising across Google, Meta & Programmatic platforms.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Paid Media Manager will be responsible for creating and optimizing paid media campaigns to achieve agreed objectives across digital platforms. The role is important as it is an integral part of the development and management of an effective digital strategy as well as effective digital media planning & buying.
As a Paid Media Manager, you will get to do more than just manage online advertisements. You will be responsible for ensuring paid media campaigns are successfully planned and executed while contributing to the growth of the client’s business. More specifically, you’ll get to:
- Oversee and manage all paid media budget
- Oversee all performance across channels (Paid Social, Programmatic, etc.)
- Design, execute, and maintain roi-focused PPPC/Dispend-of-campaign lay/Programmatic/Paid Social/Mobile App campaigns
- Conduct Thorough Keyword/Competitive Analysis using best-in-class tools
- Deep understanding of Tag Management, Analytics, & Data Analysis.
- Continually optimize critical campaign components including keyword strategy, ad copy, bid prices, cost per conversion, cost per click, audience optimization, etc.
- Monitor and optimize performance during campaign periods across platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook, YouTube, etc.
- Define, measure, and evaluate relevant paid media KPIs
- Weekly digital reporting, end-of-campaign reporting, and reconciliation of final costs for finance billings. Compile monthly Digital Media Campaign Reports for our clients with personal comments and analysis of campaign performance
- Optimize existing ad campaigns for new clients
- Actively measure and execute A/B split testing for ad copy, landing pages, etc., to ensure optimal campaign performance
- Conduct in-depth competitive analysis within our clients’ locations and industries
- Work cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies & goals across teams
- Research to stay on top of the latest trends in digital media advertising
Qualification
- A bachelor’s degree is NOT required.
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on paid media experience with case studies
- Experience in Paid Social, Programmatic, Paid Search, & other Google ad platforms
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Google Tag Manager, Marketing Automation Systems, or other related technical skills
- Ability to distill data/metrics into actionable insights that support recommendations
- Must possess strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, including written and verbal
- Ability to switch-task when needed; seamlessly juggle multiple projects
- Meticulous, good with numbers,end-of-campaign, and able to organize & prioritize tasks
- Comfortable with change and keen to learn new skills
- Ready to take up initiatives and ownership of projects
