Earlier in May, rumours about Ivy’s pregnancy began to circulate after she shared a glimpse of her baby bump on her Instagram story. The model, currently in the United States, confirmed the news subtly by showcasing her bump while listening to a new song.
In anticipation of their child’s arrival, Paul Okoye gifted Ivy a Range Rover SUV as a push gift, a gesture that drew significant attention on social media. Ivy proudly introduced her new ride on Instagram, stating that she is “built for the fast lane,” while sharing photos of the luxurious vehicle.
Paul Okoye’s relationship with Ivy Ifeoma became public following his divorce from his ex-wife, Anita Okoye, with whom he shares three children. The singer and Ivy tied the knot traditionally in May, a union that has been both celebrated and scrutinized by the public.
Meanwhile, Paul’s former sister-in-law, Lola Omotayo Okoye, who is married to his twin brother Peter Okoye, recently praised Anita on Instagram. Anita had shared photos of herself in a traditional Aso-Oke outfit, celebrating Nigeria’s rich culture. Lola’s comment, calling Anita “the one and only,” has sparked speculation that it could be a subtle dig at Paul’s new wife, Ivy.
Lola’s loyalty to Anita has been evident even after the latter’s split from Paul. She previously celebrated Anita’s achievements, such as when Anita earned her Master’s Degree in Arts and Design from Savannah College. Lola had expressed her pride and admiration, calling Anita a “complete package” in a heartfelt message.
