Ivy Ifeoma, influencer and wife of singer Paul Okoye, has reacted to rumours circulating about the birth of their first child together, a baby girl. Amid congratulatory messages online, Ivy quickly addressed the speculation with a bold response on social media.
The rumors, fueled by a post from blogger Kemi Ashefon Love Haven, shared photos of a newborn, leading to an outpouring of congratulatory messages across social media platforms.
However, Ivy Ifeoma swiftly shut down the reports via her Instagram story, humorously questioning, “Whose random baby was that?” She expressed her disbelief at the spread of false information, calling the internet “crazy and weird.”
The rumours began circulating after a baby shower the couple held over the weekend in the U.S., where Paul was seen grilling barbecue and Ivy, glowing in a red dress, danced joyfully with friends. Although the baby shower event seemed to confirm the couple’s excitement about their new journey into parenthood, no official announcement of the baby’s birth has been made.
This comes after months of speculation regarding Ivy’s pregnancy. In May, the model and influencer had confirmed that she was expecting Paul’s fourth child, as he already has three children from his previous marriage to Anita Okoye. Paul also shared his excitement on social media, posting photos of the couple enjoying life in Atlanta as they prepared for the arrival of their baby.
In anticipation of the baby’s birth, Paul gifted Ivy a luxurious Range Rover SUV in July as a “push present.” Ivy proudly showed off her new ride on Instagram, captioning the post, “Only built for the fast lane,” as she introduced her “new baby” to the world.
Paul Okoye and Ivy Ifeoma tied the knot in a traditional ceremony in May, shortly after his divorce from Anita Okoye, his wife of over a decade.
