A social media user, Oriretan Honour, has criticized Ivy Ifeoma, wife of singer Paul Okoye, for receiving an expensive push gift.
Ivy shared photos of her new car on Instagram, expressing her excitement and introducing her “new baby” to the world.
In response, Oriretan condemned Ivy for accepting such a costly gift, suggesting that it would have been wiser to donate the money to orphans. He also implied that the gift could be perceived as a way to spite Paul’s ex-wife, Anita Okoye. Oriretan questioned Ivy’s financial management skills, stating that accepting the car showed a lack of financial prudence.
Ivy, it’s unwise being happy to receive this costly car as birthing gift instead of sowing it in life of orphans/needies since this is your first child. More unwise people may say you and Rudeboy are doing this unneeded flaunting to pepper his ex-wife and show off. U have a fleet of unneeded cars already, and accepting this means you lack the financial management that a good wife and mother have. Return it now, and feed orphans/needles with the cash. Be wise. Don’t be unwise.”
In a surprising reply, Ivy responded with,
I say… If you know, you know.”
It was reported in May that Ivy Ifeoma, a model and influencer, was expecting Paul’s fourth child, as he has three children from his previous marriage to Anita Okoye. Confirming the news, Ivy shared a glimpse of her baby bump on her Instagram story, showing off her pregnancy while listening to music.
