Job Description

The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate and a background in management. In this role, you will work closely with the COO, managing their schedule, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth operations within the company.

Responsibilities 

  • Manage the COO’s calendar and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights and accommodations.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and documents for the COO.
  • Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
  • Act as a liaison between the COO and other departments.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Maintain and organize digital and physical files.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
  • 0 to 2 years post NYSC experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Must be polite, courteous and professional.
  • Professional demeanor and attention to detail.
