Job Description
The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate and a background in management. In this role, you will work closely with the COO, managing their schedule, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth operations within the company.
Responsibilities
- Manage the COO’s calendar and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights and accommodations.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and documents for the COO.
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
- Act as a liaison between the COO and other departments.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical files.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
- 0 to 2 years post NYSC experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Must be polite, courteous and professional.
- Professional demeanor and attention to detail.
