PERSONAL ASSISTANT

We’re seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to support our CEO and manage interior design projects.

Overview

PERIDOT N PINK is an interior and exterior design firm that specilaizes in furniture manufacturing and procurement (locally and imported), renovations, space management and decorations. PERIDOT N PINK has its corporate office in Lekki Phase 1 and its factory located at Abraham Adesanya, Ajah, Lagos State. PERSONAL ASSISTANT

No two spaces are the same; therefore, our mission is simple: develop interior and exterior design experiences that are distinctive, compelling and of superb quality and individuality for;

  • Retail Stores
  • Offices
  • Hotel Interior (Consultation and Design included)
  • Home Interior (Consultation and Design included)
  • Space Renovation

Our clients receive tailored and personalized interior design services that are cultivated to match each space and budget including space planning, furniture layouts with new and existing furniture, floor plans, elevations, details, and renderings, and more.

Job Description:

  • We’re seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to support our CEO and manage interior design projects.

Responsibilities i

  • Researching and sourcing high-quality interior products
  • Managing CEO’s personal affairs and finances
  • Coordinating suppliers, contractors, and deliveries
  • Maintaining project schedules, samples library, and office organization
  • Providing exceptional client service
  • Managing diaries, meetings, travel, and correspondence
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and minutes. PERSONAL ASSISTANT

Qualification

  • 2 yrs of experience as a PA
  • Proven Personal Assistant/Project Management experience
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Education:

  • HND/B.Sc
  • Business Administration or Professional Experience

Proficiency in:

  • Microsoft Excel (data analysis, charts, and reports).
  • Microsoft PowerPoint (presentations and slides)
  • Social Media: Instagram (content creation, scheduling, and engagement.

Desirable Skills:

  • Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
