Job Description
This is a Full-time role for a Personal Assistant located in Lagos. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for carrying out clerical and administrative tasks, organizing and managing files, scheduling appointments and coordinating travel arrangements, handling personal errands, making reservations, managing expense reports, and performing other duties as requested.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Ssce, Administration, Communications, or related field is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational, administrative, and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to interact and communicate professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization and external associates.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment; and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and online calendaring systems.
Location: Lagos State, Nigeria.
