Nigerian singer and songwriter Peruzzi has once again spoken out on rumours surrounding his alleged relationship with Chioma Rowland, the wife of his former boss Davido.
In a recent interview, Peruzzi revealed that Davido has never approached him about the rumoured affair, and if he had, it would have been a disappointment.
Till today, Davido never asked me about it because once you ask me, you don fvck up,” Peruzzi stated, addressing the persistent rumors.
In the same interview, Peruzzi shared details about an incident that led to him moving out of Davido’s house. He claimed to have found “juju” (charms) in one of his clothes. Peruzzi mentioned that he never informed Davido about the incident but confided in late Obama, who was aware of his relocation.
While I was staying at Davido’s house, one evening I tried to wear a jacket and correct juju fell from the clothes. I packed out of Davido’s house because of juju, I went into my room one day and saw that they had put juju inside my clothes. Them put am but my head strong. I moved out of Davido’s house when Chioma got pregnant; I didn’t tell Davido, only Obaba knew about it,” Peruzzi disclosed.
In an earlier interview with Chude Jideonwo, Peruzzi vehemently denied the accusations, stating that it would be “crazy” for him to sleep with the wife of a man who helped him.
Peruzzi has been vocal about his frustration with false information circulating on social media, particularly in response to accusations and insinuations related to his personal life.
In a recent playful exchange on social media, Peruzzi humorously revealed that Davido’s consistent act of stealing his charger is the only thing that bothers him.
