Controversial Nigerian street singer Portable, known for his candid personality, has sung the praises of Grammy-winning artist Burna Boy. Taking to his Instagram story, Portable commended Burna Boy for his generosity towards Cubana Chief Priest’s alleged baby mama and younger brother, declaring the “Chop Breakfast” crooner as bigger than his peers.
Sharing a photo of the Afrobeat superstar, Portable declared that Burna is a “big league” player and encouraged anyone curious about what it means to be on top to ask him.
Praising himself alongside Burna Boy, Portable wrote:
1 man na 7 man. You big pass them. Zazuu no fake life, no scam life. Akoi Grace. If you want to know the real about the top, ask me. I follow dey at the top. Only God I never see. Who’s big is big.”
This comes on the heels of Burna Boy’s recent acts of kindness toward Cubana Chief Priest’s alleged baby mama and brother. The woman, who cried out for help on social media, revealed that she has been homeless since last year and has been unable to reach Cubana Chief Priest for assistance.
Burna Boy stepped in, promising to help her relocate to Nigeria, provide shelter, enroll her son in school, and offer her a job. Additionally, Burna extended his generosity to Cubana Chief Priest’s alleged younger brother, blessing him with $30,000.
The younger brother, a phone repairer at Alaba Market, previously lamented his struggles, contrasting them with the wealth and influence of Cubana Chief Priest. He expressed hope that one day his elder brother would remember him.
While Portable’s praises for Burna Boy drew attention, social media users had mixed reactions, with many speculating about his motives:
