Nollywood actress and proud mother of two, Ashabi, has melted hearts with a heartfelt message dedicated to her children in celebration of Easter. The actress, who shares two kids with controversial singer Portable, expressed her immense love and gratitude for the joy they have brought into her life.
Ashabi shared adorable photos of her children on social media, accompanying them with a deeply emotional note. She described her children as her “definition of perfection” and one of the greatest blessings she has ever received.
In her message, she wrote:
Twinkle twinkle, little stars, do you know how loved you are? How long do you wanna be loved? Is forever enough? Thanks for coming into my life. Ain’t no words to describe the way that I’m feeling when I look at you. You are my definition of perfection; one of the greatest gifts I’ve ever gotten is my children.
May GOD spear your lives for me; my wish for you both is that this life becomes all that you want it to be. Your dreams stay big, and your worries stay small. May your names speak for you in all you lay your hands on ANUOLUWAPO & IRORUNOLUWA. May you continue to be a source of joy for me and not sorrow.”
She also prayed for their future, hoping they would achieve their dreams and live fulfilling lives.
This isn’t the first time Ashabi has publicly celebrated her children. Last month, she marked her daughter’s 6-month milestone with another heartfelt tribute. She reflected on the challenges she faced surrounding her daughter’s birth, thanking God for perfecting everything.
Ashabi expressed how proud she is to call her daughter her own, teasing that someday she would share the story behind her name.
Ashabi and Portable welcomed their second child, a baby girl, last year. The singer shared the joyous news with fans on Instagram, posting a video of his newborn daughter alongside maternity photos of Ashabi. Portable expressed gratitude to God and gave a shout-out to Ashabi for being a wonderful partner.
On her part, Ashabi expressed her joy, calling her daughter her “playmate.”
