Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Practice Manager at Pineapplaw in Lagos. As a Practice Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the firm and ensuring its smooth functioning. This includes managing administrative tasks, coordinating client services, supervising staff, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and working closely with the legal team to support their needs. The Practice Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of the firm.
Qualification
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Proficiency in office management software and tools
- Experience in the legal industry or related field
- Knowledge of capital market regulations and practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a relevant field
