Collating all approved Purchase Orders and documents in the procurement logbook
Responsibilities
- Collating all approved Purchase Orders and documents in the procurement logbook
- Monitoring approved Internal Orders and ensuring they are serviced
- Keeping up-to-date procurement information on all transactions
- Monitoring all orders and ensuring the complete delivery
- Reporting of any incomplete transaction
- Initiating tendering process for all approved internal order requests
- Analyzing and delivering all approved tenders
- Keeping track of all price gains or loss on all items
- Ensuring that all suppliers receive all approved Purchase Orders accordingly.
Qualification
- A University Degree in any of the Social Sciences, Arts, Sciences, Accounting, or any relevant discipline
- One (1) year experience in Logistics function.
