Job Summary
The Product Assistant will be responsible for accurately and efficiently uploading product information, images, and descriptions to our online store and other digital platforms. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with the merchandising, marketing, and design teams.
Responsibilities
- Upload product information, images, and descriptions to the company’s online store and other digital platforms.
- Ensure all product data is accurate, complete, and consistent with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure timely and accurate product launches.
- Update and maintain product listings, including price changes, promotions, and inventory levels.
- Optimize product descriptions and images for SEO to enhance online visibility.
- Conduct regular audits of the product listings to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of product-related content, such as size guides and care instructions.
- Coordinate with the photography and design teams to obtain high-quality product images.
- Monitor competitor websites to ensure our product listings are competitive and up-to-date.
- Provide support for special projects and seasonal campaigns as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in e-commerce, digital merchandising, or product management.
- Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Passion for fashion and a keen understanding of luxury brand standards.
