Job Description

Creating impactful designs while putting the user’s experience and process first.

Responsibilities

• Creating impactful designs while putting the user’s experience and process first.
• User research, market research, user analysis.
• Developing clickable prototypes and other props to test concepts, prove or disprove hypotheses, facilitate co-creation sessions, and iterate.
• Creating user journeys to define touch points, pain points, opportunities, and relationships between personas.
• Problem framing – visualize, articulate and solve complex problems and concepts. Make disciplined decisions based on available information and research evidence

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAS)

Knowledge: Figma & FigJam, Adobe Creative Suites, Sketch, InVision Studio.

Skills: Interaction Design, Information Architecture, User Experience and Interface Design, Prototyping and Low- High Fidelity Mockups.

Abilities: User Empathy, Ideation & Brainstorming, usability testing and general user experience groundwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2 – 3 years experience in product design
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
