Trustcrow is a Lagos based proptech company that specializes in an end-to-end platform for real estate transactions. We are building an online property platform to search, verify, purchase and exchange titles– all within your dashboard. Our service combines a property marketplace + the platform to pay for the property in a safe and transparent manner. Our focus is to protect the interest of buyers during property transactions, while connecting them with quality sellers. Trustcrow is a USA registered company with operations in Nigeria.

Reporting directly to the Head of Product, the Product Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, seamless, and visually compelling user experiences. You’ll work closely with our product and engineering teams to create interfaces that enhance the user journey, while ensuring that the designs align with our overall brand and strategic objectives.

The successful candidate will marry these characteristics and be able to provide solutions for different business needs while exhibiting good management skills and a strong understanding of the company’s products and services.
Responsibilities
● Take ownership of the design process from conceptualization to execution. This includes
user research, wireframing, prototyping, interaction design, and high-fidelity visuals.
● Conduct user research and testing to understand user behavior, needs, and pain points,
and incorporate these insights into product designs.
● Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define
design requirements and translate business goals into exceptional digital experiences.
● Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across the platform while
leaving room for creativity and innovation.
● Create prototypes and conduct usability testing to validate design concepts and gather
actionable feedback.
● Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users, while keeping up
with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve the platform.
● Ensure that all designs are aligned with Trustcrow’s brand identity, visual standards, and
design guidelines.
● Create and maintain comprehensive design documentation that guides engineers and
other team members throughout the development process.
Qualification
● 3+yearsof experience in product design, preferably in a tech or real estate environment.
● Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design, with an emphasis on
web and mobile platforms.
● Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or other
relevant design software.
● Deep understanding of user experience principles, interaction design, and visual design.
● Experience conducting user research, testing, and gathering insights to drive design
decisions.
● Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design
choices and rationale.
● Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, balancing user needs with
business goals.
● Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities or
requirements.
Nice-to-Have:
● Experience in real estate tech industries.
● Familiarity with HTML/CSS or front-end development (not required, but a plus).
● Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
Salary: N700,000- N800,000 gross month.
