Job Description
You will report directly to the Social Group Lead and work closely with all the other PMs of the Social team. We expect you to be an expert in cross-functional communications, growth hacking, testing hypotheses, statistics and setting the feature metrics on a feature-by-feature basis.
Responsibilities
- Drive the constant cycle of testing out new features and hypotheses.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to streamline the development cycle.
- Manage the team backlog, epics and stories.
- Develop ideas into user stories and designs ready for development.
- Set up metrics of success and failure to evaluate the success of features and determine whether to greenlight or block their further development.
Qualification
- Hands-on experience leading cross-functional development teams; we aren’t looking for document generators.
- 3+ years in product management with at least 2+ years of experience with products on both web and mobile.
- Experience working with features and products at early stages of development.
- Ability to prioritise work, plan, and run development efficiently.
- Experience writing bite-size user stories with clear acceptance criteria and story mapping.
- Data-driven mindset, ability to identify, set, and analyse product metrics, experience with A/B testing.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Knowledge of music production and the music industry.
