Job Description

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing and launching products, a deep understanding of market dynamics, and a passion for driving product success from ideation and strategy to launch.
• The Product Manager will be the champion of our products, ensuring they meet the needs of our users and delivers exceptional value.

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy and Vision: Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and market opportunities.
• Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on customer feedback, business goals, and market analysis.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Product Development: Own the product development lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to design, development, testing, and launch.
• User Experience: Advocate for the end-user by ensuring that the product delivers a high-quality and seamless user experience.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze product performance using key metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement and iteration.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate product plans, progress, and results to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues that may arise during the product development process to keep projects on track.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of launching successful products.
• Strong understanding of the product lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong user empathy and a data-driven approach.
• Passion for building innovative and user-centric products.
• Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, slack, Confluence) is a plus.
